At Annatattva.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality cow ghee and related products. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
1. Returns
- Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Only items that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly are eligible for return.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@annatattva.in with order details and proof (images/video).
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only for approved return requests (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
- Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details required from the customer).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable and consumable products like cow ghee are non-returnable once opened.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds unless damaged/defective.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
